How our process works

From rough idea to a buildable custom brick model.

You do not need brick-design knowledge or a finished brief. Send the photos, logo, building, product or rough idea you already have, and we shape the clearest route from first concept to final delivery.

Typical custom projects start from £395 / $500. The initial concept and quote carry no obligation.

  • 400+customer reviews
  • 1 to 1,000+sets per project

Approved digital design

You see the model before we source a single part.

Review the render from multiple angles, request changes, then approve production with confidence.

Your approval firstProduction second
Less risk, fewer unknowns

The important decisions happen before production.

A custom commission should feel exciting, not uncertain. The process is built around three protections that keep the project clear.

01

See it before it is produced

You approve a complete digital render and request refinements before parts sourcing or a production run begins.

Nothing moves forward on guesswork.
02

Know the full scope first

Design, parts, instructions, packaging, printing and delivery are defined in the quote for the route you select.

No surprise additions at the end.
03

Use the route that fits

Order one complete model, a design-only package, a bulk run or a large-scale display without forcing the idea into the wrong service.

No minimum order quantity.

Before you enquire

What clients ask before starting.

You do not need every detail settled before contacting us. The first conversation is where the right scope starts taking shape.

Do I need a finished brief?

No. A few photos, a link, a logo, a plan or a rough description is enough. Helping you turn that starting point into a clear brief is part of the service.

Do I approve the design before physical production begins?

Yes. You review and approve the digital render before parts sourcing or a production run begins. Revisions take place at this approval stage.

Do you supply the parts and instructions?

The complete kit route includes all required parts and digital or printed instructions. The design-only route supplies the design, parts list and instructions for independent sourcing.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. Projects range from one-off models to production runs containing hundreds or thousands of individually packed sets.

How long does the process take?

Many complete one-off and small-run projects take 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to delivery. Complex, large-scale and bulk work receives an individual schedule in the quote.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. Belle-Ve Bricks delivers worldwide. Shipping is included in the project quote upfront, with customs duties pre-paid where practical.

No polished brief needed

Your idea does not need to be ready. It only needs to be worth discussing.

Send what you have. We will review it, shape the clearest direction and return with a free concept and detailed quote.
