Bringing Ideas to Life

  • Coffee Machine

    The Vision

A coffee shop franchise approached us to create a custom model for an upcoming promo event. They wanted something memorable to give away to customers; it had to be simple, fun, and instantly recognisable as a coffee machine. The goal was to produce 500 units that captured their brand while keeping the cost per set low.

    The Challenge

We needed a clean design with minimal parts that still looked like a professional coffee machine at first glance. It had to be compact, easy to build, and engaging enough to stand out as a promotional giveaway.

The instructions were to be digital, but the customers needed to be able to get to the page online easily.

    What We Delivered

We created a custom designed mini coffee machine using a small number of carefully selected parts. Despite the scale, the model featured signature details like pressure dials, group heads, and cups under the spouts.

The instructions were uploaded online and a card the size of a typical business card was provided with a scannable QR code and a picture of the model printed on it.

Once approved, we supplied all 500 sets, packed and ready to be handed out. A smart giveaway that brewed attention and left a lasting impression.

  • Hunter Price Factory

    The Vision

Hunter Price reached out to create a one-of-a-kind surprise 40th birthday gift for their co-owner, a custom model of their head office, Devon Mill. They wanted the set to reflect the architecture, include the iconic “DEVON” lettering on the tower, and be finished with personalised minifigures of their close team.

    The Challenge

Devon Mill is a bold, five-story building with a prominent tower and chimney that defines its shape. The challenge was translating its scale and character into a model whilst staying true to its form, keeping the final model display friendly and buildable.

We also needed to integrate eight lookalike minifigures and custom logo stickers, ensuring every detail felt intentional and recognisable.

    What We Delivered

Using photo references, we brought Devon Mill into the brick world with a carefully scaled design. The finished model measured 64cm wide, 38.4cm deep, and 28.3cm high, built from 3,445 parts.

We added subtle detail to reflect the architecture and included the team as personalised minifigures, each with initials so they were easily recognisable. We created two types of stickers, one for their logo and another with the word “DEVON” on the chimney.

Throughout the process, the client was sent digital renders of the model to provide feedback and suggest any alterations. After this, we created the building instructions and ordered the parts.

We supplied all the parts for the model to be built and shipped them to their HQ!

    In Their Words

“INCREDIBLE!!! Most thoughtful gift I’ve ever had!”

  • Bakery

    The Vision

Our client wanted a custom model of their father-in-law’s bakery as a Christmas gift to mark his retirement. The goal was to create a detailed representation of the real bakery’s layout, fixtures, and charm, as well as something meaningful and personal.

    The Challenge

They provided a floor plan and reference photos, aiming for a model that reflected the bakery’s proportions and key areas. It wasn’t intended for minifigure scale but needed to capture recognisable elements like appliances, shelving, and customer space.

    Our Approach

We proposed a 10 x 20 x 10 inch layout to preserve layout accuracy while maintaining a compact footprint. Throughout the project, we shared renders and incorporated feedback on furniture sizing, shelving placement, and appliance detail. Once approved, we provided building instructions and supplied the parts to build the model.

    The Final Build

The model included approximately 2,500 parts. We sourced, checked, and shipped the bricks and supported the client throughout. The final build was delivered in time for Christmas, making an amazing gift for our client’s father-in-law!

    In Their Words

“We just didn’t have the artistic strength required to do the design aspects of the model 🙂
(And in retrospect, would not have been able to really capture the essence of the Bakery like your team was able to!).”

  • Blue Tractor

    Tractor

    The Vision

This project was a surprise gift for our client’s boyfriend, a custom model of a tractor he loved. The goal was to create something personal and display-ready, staying true to the original vehicle’s design while keeping it fun to build and easy to showcase.

    The Challenge

We needed to recreate the character and shape of the tractor using photos, all while keeping the model compact and clean enough to sit proudly on a shelf. The challenge was to strike the right balance between detail whilst not using rare or hard to source parts. The main aim was to make sure the design felt instantly recognisable, otherwise the gift would have lost its meaning.

    What We Delivered

Using the reference images, we designed the tractor from scratch and collaborated closely with the customer to get it just right.

Once approved, we created step-by-step instructions and sourced all the genuine parts needed to build it.

Everything was carefully packed and shipped, ready to be built and gifted. A thoughtful, custom piece that captured something personal in every brick.

  • Poppy the Shichon Dog

    I promise I won't bite

    The Vision

Poppy’s owner wanted to celebrate her first birthday with something personal a custom brick-built model of their black and white Shichon. The brief was clear: the model should be true to her appearance, no taller than 10 to 15 cm to fit neatly on a shelf, and have posable legs, head, and tail for a fun, displayable finish.

    The Challenge

Capturing the likeness of a small, fluffy dog like a Shichon at such a compact scale is not easy. The build needed to include key features and personality details, without compromising on proportions or structural stability. Playability was also a requirement, so the joints had to be functional as well as subtle.

    What We Delivered

We designed a fully custom model that balanced detail with simplicity. Every element was chosen to reflect Poppy’s unique shape and colouring, while ensuring the model was both poseable and robust. Once the design was approved, we sourced all the parts and shipped the completed set to the customer in the UK.

The result was a shelf-friendly model that felt personal, fun, and instantly recognisable. The customer was thrilled with the final result.

  • Pagoda Logo

    Elegant eastern silhouette

    The Vision

This project began as a surprise gift from a wife to her husband, inspired by his company’s logo, which was a pagoda that holds deep personal and professional significance. She had a clear goal to turn this flat, iconic logo into a detailed 3D model he could proudly display at work.

    The Challenge

Taking a 2D image and turning it into a 3D model whilst keeping the detail and making it clearly identifiable means a lot of planning to ensure it works out perfectly.

The pagoda had distinct layers, curves, and a silhouette that needed to be recognised immediately. We also needed to keep the design compact and practical for display, while staying true to the unique form and character of the logo.

    What We Delivered

Working from the logo and reference material provided, we created a fully custom model of the pagoda. The final design balanced accuracy and creativity, capturing the visual identity of the company logo.

We supplied the finished digital design, created building instructions and a full parts list, which they used to purchase the parts.

    Her response said it all:
“I am so happy with how this turned out.”

  • Foxcroft Academy

    Heritage meets clear identity

    The Vision

Foxcroft Academy contacted us to create a custom replica of their main school building. The goal was to mark a milestone with a model that reflected the architecture of the building in a way that was accurate, recognisable, and display-ready.

    The Challenge

We were provided lots of pictures of the building taken from multiple angles around the school grounds. Our challenge was to interpret these images and produce a structurally sound model that stayed true to the form and proportions of the real building.

Our contact at Foxcroft Academy asked us to supply parts for two sets of this model and ship them to them in the US. One set she would build, and the other set the children at the school would build!

    What We Delivered

We designed the model from scratch using the photo references provided. The finished design was accurate in scale, clearly recognisable, and suitable for display. We supplied two sets as requested and shipped them to them in the US along with high quality building instructions.

The staff and students at Foxcroft Academy loved the model we designed for them; now they have a physical representation of the school to commemorate a key moment in its history.

  • Wise Construction

    Blueprint for progress

    The Vision

Wise Construction approached us with a simple but standout idea. They wanted a custom brick-built wall featuring their refreshed logo on one side and their new tagline on the other. The goal was to hand these out at events, to clients, and to partners as a fun, physical keepsake tied to the launch of their new brand.

    The Challenge

They needed something compact, clean, and fully buildable. It had to look sharp, feel solid, and display clearly printed branding across small bricks. It also had to be engaging enough for people to rebuild and keep on their desks.

    Our Approach

We used white masonry bricks for a crisp base and UV-printed the Wise logo and “Building Beyond” tagline on both sides. Each set included 27 genuine 1×2 bricks, designed to lock together into a perfect rectangle. We added a bottom plate for stability so the wall could stand freely. Every set was sealed in its own bag and fully buildable. Before full production, we sent a test print with photos and a 360° video for approval.

    The Final Build

100 kits were delivered on time. Each measured 8 cm wide by 5.6 cm high and featured precision printing on both sides. The sets became the highlight of Wise Construction’s 2023 holiday video and were received with excitement across their network.

    In Their Words

“Everyone loves the walls. They were pretty much the main focus of our 2023 holiday video.”
