This is a modular building split over 4 floors.

1. Ground floor – Workshop area with workbench and saw bench
2. 1st floor – Office space with two desks, monitors, and filing cabinet (and tea/coffee area)
3. 2nd floor – Sleeping quarters/bedroom with a bed and chest of drawers that doubles up to be a desk too
4. 3rd floor – Accessible roof, nothing up here but the open air

The MOC is made up of 908 bricks in total, you will receive 4 sets of instructions, one for each floor.
