Description
The Town Square Commercial Building is an alternate design of the official LEGO® set 10297 Boutique Hotel. It uses 2904 out of the 3066 pieces that come with the set.
The ground floor has an ice cream parlor that has a movable front window and a hardware store.
The middle floor is an accountant’s office and a waiting room/lounge.
The top floor is a talent agent company called El Cubo Fine Art. They look for great talented minifigs such as artists, painters, musicians, etc which they feature in different events in town.
