Description
These instructions are using only parts from 10255 Assembly Square set. Spare parts from the original set are also used. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.
Assembly square is meant to be inspired by all previous modular building sets. You can see that there is hidden the whole 10197 Fire Brigade! Fire Brigade is no longer in production so you can recreate it now with set which is still available. This modular building has features from both sets.
This modular building is not exact copy of the existing set. Fire brigade is long gone and it found new purposes.
First floor of the building is cozy café with vintage radio and soothing fountain. All kinds of cakes are offered there. Customers can buy also coffee or flowers. Backyard is also used for the extension of the café. There are also high stairs leading to the second floor.
Second floor is used as an apartment. There is large kitchen with the island for bar seats. In the middle of the floor is couch surrounded by lamp and table with flowers. In the corner there is office table and chair. The doors are leading to the balcony. There are also stairs leading to the roof.
On the roof there is small area with green wall where the apartment owner can enjoy the coffee with the view. Roof is also dominated with the old bell tower. Bell is still hanging there. In the corner is still the water tank.
Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
