Straight Garage – 10264 Corner Garage Alternative Build

These instructions are using only parts from 10264 Corner Garage set. You need also spare parts from the original set. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.

This build is a modified version of the official 10264 Corner Garage set, which aims to preserve many of the original features in a unique way. While the layout has been altered and some furniture has been changed, the essence of the original set has been maintained.

The building is comprised of three floors. The first floor functions as a straight garage, retaining all of the original features but with a tiled floor.

The second floor houses Dr. Jones Animal Care, including all of the features from the original set. The office is now even more spacious, with a window assembly added to the back.

The third floor consists of a room, which is slightly smaller than its counterpart in the original set and missing some furniture. There is a separate toilet in the corner. There is also access to a large terrace that takes up half of the floor due to constraints caused by missing bricks. Furniture from the original set’s roof has been relocated to this floor.

While the roof is smaller than in the original set, it is still accessible.

Finally, the towing truck has been kept in its original form, while the gas station’s roof and sign have been reduced in size compared to the original set.

Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
