Description
These instructions are using only parts from 10297 Boutique Hotel set. You don’t need any spare parts from the original set. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.
This build is straight version of the official 10297 Boutique Hotel set. Therefore, it tries to capture a lot of the original features in different form. It changes layout and some furniture.
The building consists of three floors. On the first floor is small gallery and reception of the hotel. Gallery is rectangular and it integrates water fountain from original set as art piece. Reception is now also rectangular and the layout is different. There is also door leading to the yard and the garbage bin is accessible from the hotel.
On the second floor there is only one room for the guests which is meant to be used by professional writers. There is also access to the terrace where the writer can get inspiration from alcohol or the surroundings. Furniture is mostly from original set but there are some minor changes here and there.
On the third floor there is one room with separated bathroom. It is a little bit smaller then in original set. Therefore, lamp, small table and armchair were moved to the second floor.
Roof is mostly the same as in original set. Only layout is different.
Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
