SHREDDER
as the 2nd wave of my MOCtober series was 80s pop culture based, and we already got an icon from movie and one from a music video there was still one from a TV series missing, I choose the turtle’s arch nemesis for the finale.
TMNT had a special place in my childhood and idk why but till this day Shredder is one of my all time favorite villains.
