This building is the modular version of the noodle shop/house from the official LEGO® set 80012. It is a 2 story building with the kitchen, dining area and noodle shop on the ground floor and the living room, toilet and bedroom on the second floor.
The ground floor is on par with the height of the ground floor of other official modular buildings; however, since it is only 2 levels, it is shorter in the overall height when compared to official sets.
The MOC design files include the PDF instructions, complete XML parts list and another XML parts list for the extra parts required aside from the parts that come from the official set 80012.
