Description
This is a mid scale version of the The MCRN – Tachi from The Expanse.
It is made of 1.857 pieces and is 52 cm long.
The parts list is for the MCRN – Tachi and the stand. The stand is actually a slightly modified one from the Guardians Ship from Lego. I thought it would be perfect for this size. So you can show your Tachi in different flying positions 🙂
There are several pieces in the parts list which can be any color, in the instructions all these pieces are in light blue. The red, green, yellow and blue pieces are for orientation during the build. But they could be replaced by any color as well.

Real LEGO® pieces are really expensive, and don’t forget the shipping costs if you buy them on bricklink or brickowl. So I do understand why a lot of people buy MOC’s as a whole set from some Chinese factories and I never got angry about that.
Here’s another option where you can buy bricks for less money without a bad feeling: you can buy the bricks you need on webrick.com. Just upload the parts list from rebrickable and they will source the bricks for you, you put it in the cart and pay and done. They might not have every special brick, but I always get 98 or 99 % of the bricks from them. So this saves a lot of work and money. But it is not for LEGO® purists 😉
