The inverted Jazz Club is a modification of the official LEGO set 10312. The MOC consists of 2875 pcs, of which 2810 are from the set and 65 are extra pieces that have to be purchased separately.
The MOC still retains the different business establishments of set 10312 such as the Jazz Club, pizzeria, tailor shop, office and make up room; however, it has been modified into an inverted corner to suit certain city layout that need it.
