Description

The High Street Boutique is a modular building consisting of 3 floors, a mezzanine and an attic. The ground floor (including the mezzanine) is a ladies’ shop of a well-known brand with a logo that can be seen inside the building as well as the roof top. The second floor is a smaller shop for men but functions more as a lounge for men who are waiting for their partners to finish shopping. The top floor is a chic apartment for the owner complete with all amenities.
