Additional Details

Description

El Cubo Fine Art Cafe is an alternate design of the official LEGO® set 10297 Boutique Hotel. It uses 2693 out of the 3068 pieces that come with the set. Aesthetically, it looks like a combination of the Boutique Hotel and the Parisian Restaurant (set 10243) but it does have its own unique character, mini builds and techniques.

The ground floor is a cafe that features different artworks on its walls. There is a bar that serves drinks as well as a chandelier. The room is spacious and allows for multiple tables and chairs. It also has an al fresco seating for those minifigs who want to enjoy their food and drinks outside.

The middle floor is the art dealer’s office. He collects artworks from different artists around the LEGO® city. He has paintings, chairs, vase, sculpture and other artworks which he sells or auctions off. Part of the proceeds go to improving the LEGO® city landscapes and helping young artists by providing free art materials for them.

The top floor is the living space for the art dealer. It has a bedroom with a fire place and bathroom.
