The Downtown Magic Shop is an alternate design of the official LEGO set 10312 – Jazz Club. It uses 2810 out of the 2899 pieces that come with the set. It does not require extra pieces.
The ground floor is split into the magic shop and the tailor shop. The second level has a music store and an apartment that connects to the third level.
