A small modular of The Daily Bugle modified from set 76005

Additional Details

Modified from set 76005 – this is a small modular includes a full interior including a reception and waiting area, Reporters bullpen and J Jonah Jameson’s personal office. Designed with cost in mind this MOC comes in at just over 1000 pieces utilising lots of parts from the original set.  It would make a great addition to any LEGO® city or Modular Display.
As usual lots of parts can be substituted depending on what you might already own, I tend to choose pieces based on their price new from LEGO® Pick a brick and Bricks and Pieces. You may find other pieces cheaper from alternative sources. Also you could use any newspaper tiles you have your collection in place of the ones listed in the inventory
Note: this MOC includes parts from Doctor Doom’s Jet if you wish to build this alongside you will need to purchase some duplicate parts. Also step 348 there is plain 2×2 tile this is intended to be part 3068bpb1488. This part is not included in the xml file as it does not exist on yet.
Stickered parts are listed as custom parts in the instructions and plain un-stickered parts in the inventory please bear that in mind if you plan to buy parts separately.
If you have any questions feel free to message me.
Happy Building
