Description

These instructions are using only parts from 10260 Downtown Diner set. You don’t need any spare parts from the original set. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.

The building consists of three floors. On the first floor is the car dealership. It consists of large showroom with modified car from original set. It also contains small office for the dealer with type writer for contracts. Office front wall can be removed for better access. Main feature is garage door which can open and car can get in and out of the showroom.

On the second floor there is karaoke/rock bar which contains old school radio, control panel for karaoke, camera for taking pictures of the performer, guitar holder with guitar, microphone on the stage and karaoke stand. On the wall facing the street is large “Cars” advertisement.

On the third floor there is a small flat of the owner. It contains large bed with sunshades, chars and table with flowers, old school recorder and microphone for singing. There is also access to the spacious balcony with tiled floor. Next to the stairs leading to the second floor there is a ladder leading to the roof.

Roof is used for barbeque and leisure. There is gas powered grill and umbrella. Main feature is large whirlpool bath with warm bubbling water.

Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
