Alternative build of the LEGO® official 10278 Police Station set.

These instructions are using only parts from 10278 Police Station set. You need also spare parts from the original set. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.
This modular building is divided into two buildings of similar height. On the first floor there is call center with four tables with various kinds of phones. There is toilet under the stairs and water and donuts next to the stairs. Next door there is small candy store where customers can buy also newspapers.
On the second floor there is leisure area for employees with couch, coffee machine and small table. There is also another working place for recording of calls. Threre is also office of the manager with desk and chair proper only for the manager himself.
On the third floor there is bed for the manager if he don’t want to go home. There is also secret room where he keeps his treasures and makes photos of them.
Roof is accessible by a ladder placed on the hidden door.
Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
