These instructions are using only parts from 10255 Assembly Square set. Some extra parts from the original set are also used. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.
Assembly square is meant to be inspired by all previous modular building sets. You can see that there is hidden the whole 10251 Brick Bank! Brick Bank is no longer in production so you can recreate it now with set which is still available. This modular building has features from both sets.
This modular building is not exact copy of the existing set. It is set in different time when cakes are more valuable than money. Old Al from Dentist’s Office branched his cake smuggling and stealing business just next to the biggest vault in town. On the first floor he transformed money laundering business into the café. He is stealing large cakes which are very expensive. For that he is using secret doors and movable coffee maker in order to get the cakes from the vault.
First floor of the bank is more or less the same as it used to be when money were stored here. The vault lock was remodeled and there is no money counting machine. The cash registers are behind new fancy wall of glass.
Second floor still contains the office of the bank director and office of his secretary. Main office has new proper chair and tiled floor. The table is different too.
On the roof there is small area for morning coffee and ventilation shaft build for burglars. Main building has remodeled roof window and fancy decorations reminding that there are cakes stored inside.
Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
Enjoy the build!
