Inspired by American boardwalks in the late 50s/early 60s, extend your harborfront with an eclectic shop with a studio apartment upstairs for the owner! It also includes a horizontal sliding glass “garage door”** as alternative “access” to the merchandise – customers can walk right in and items can easily be placed outside to show them off!

Also features train tracks behind the building to expand your transit system and bring people and goods to your waterfront.
