Description

The beachfront apartment is a modification of set 60365. It serves as a half modular building that can fit in a beach or city area. It consists of 651 pcs, of which 611 are from set 60365 and 42 are extra pieces that need to be collected to build the MOC.

The ground floor is a food mart as well as an outdoor area with stairs that lead to the second floor. The second floor has the living room and kitchen. The third floor has the bedroom, bathroom and balcony as well as the ladder access that leads to the rooftop jacuzzi.
