Adding tags to your listings are a really good way to expand the visibility of your MOCs, tags work in a similar way to categories but they can be used where categories don’t go granular enough.
When adding a tag to your listing it will be visible to your customers from the page in your store, but what it also means is if another listing from any other MOC in the shop has the same tag as yours when the customer clicks it they will see all MOCs for that tag in the same way they would as if they were viewing category listings.
In short, tags can be a powerful way to make your MOCs be seen!
Adding Tags When Listing Your LEGO MOC
Log on to the Designer Dashboard
Click Products on the menu on the left.
Click Add New Product.
On this form, you will see a section called product tags, by default your listing will not have any tags assigned.
You will be able to now start typing your desired tag. After writing 2 or more letters it will show you other tags that have been used, look through this list and choose one of the suggestions.
You will now see your tag has been added, it will be encased in a box.
If you would like to add more than one tag this is not a problem, repeat the process until you are happy.
Once all other fields are filled in click the Create Product button at the bottom of the form.
