Customer FAQs

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipment times vary depending on your location, once you have placed your order we will work as quickly as possible to source the parts required for your Custom BvB Kit and deliver them to you. Please allow us 4 to 14 days to complete this process. Once that has been done we will ship your order to you, average shipment times can be seen below.

UK - 2 to 5 Business Days
US - 3 to 7 Business Days
EU - 3 to 7 Business Days

If you have any queries around shipment please contact us before placing your order and we will be glad to help.

I am missing a piece, can you help?

In the unlikely event that you are missing a piece form your set please let us know immediately and we will ensure you are sent any missing pieces.










Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Upon payment, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order, this details how much you have paid.

I have a question. Can I contact you?

We advise that in the first instance that you contact the vendor directly as they know everything about the design and will be better placed to provide a quick and accurate answer. This can be done by using the contact tab that can be found on each listing.

However, if you do want to contact us you can contact us on [email protected] or via our web chat and we will get back to you ASAP.

What do I get when I buy a MOC?

Once you place an order and the payment has cleared you will automatically receive an email that contains the digital files you need to get started. You will receive the instructions in a PDF format and either an IO or XML file which is to be used to upload to BrickLink’s wanted list feature. This is a quick and convenient way to order your bricks, if you are unsure how to do this we have a step by step guide to help.

If you have purchased a Custom BvB Kit you will receive a digital copy of the instructions and the bricks delivered to your door!

Do you do commission work? I would love a custom build!

We definitely do! We cover most types of commission builds. Previous pieces of work we have done are BrickHeadz, and custom worded signs right up to a replica to scale Russian Aircraft. Just jump over to our commission page, fill in the form and we will provide you with a quote to make your dream set come to life.

I bought a MOC thinking I would get the bricks too... Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on any order that has been misplaced. Due to the orders being digital we cannot guarantee whether the files have been downloaded or not. Please take care when ordering.




What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Stripe allows the use of card payments such as VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

When is the order payment taken from my bank account?

We require immediate payment. The digital files will not be sent to you until the funds have been received. In the event that you do not have the funds to pay for the order, our system will automatically reject your order.

Vendor FAQ

I would like to register as a vendor. How can I do this?

We have designed the process to be as simple and seamless as possible. Visit the registration page and make sure you tick the box to sign up as a vendor. If you need help we have a convenient step by step guide to help you along the way.

I already have a customer account. Can I use this to start selling?

Of course you can! You can request a free upgrade of your account to become a vendor, go to ‘My Account’ and use the link in there to get started today.

Will I be able to share a link to my store?

Once you are set up as a vendor you will receive a store where all of your MOCs will be listed (as well as in our main shop). You will have a friendly URL that you can share with anyone you would like.

My vendor application was approved, how do I add a MOC to my store?

Follow this step by step guide to help get your list MOC listed for sale.

I have added a MOC to my store but they are not showing. Why?

Once you have added your instructions to your store it will go for review. Once we have reviewed (typically within 24 hours) and approved it you will see it appear in your store. At this point, it is ready and available for sale.



What percent commission will I receive?

You will receive 87% of the sales made by your store. Please note that PayPal fees will be deductible from this.

How will I be paid my commission?

We use PayPal to transfer your commission to you. This is done within the first week of each month. You can keep track of your sales and commission via your vendor dashboard. Please make sure you include the correct PayPal address when signing up.
